Some of you would be devastated after reading the title. You’d be like, please leave us on weekends!

But babe, I know you are exhausted by the end of the week and want nothing more than your bed and pillow.

And honestly, I haven’t come here to tell you to start working on weekends either. I want you to rest and enjoy your weekends as much as you desire.

Our goals are identical. However, I want you to rest peacefully so that your upcoming week is marvellous.

Believe me, I am a couch potato and don’t like to do stuff on my off days. But I also know that if I want the next week to be a little better than usual, then it’s essential for me to do certain activities on weekend.

so, let me guide you on How to spend the weekend interestingly:

Sleep on Saturday

Okay!! So what I mean by sleeping is to rest peacefully. And for that I want you to light up some fragrance candles in your room and take a nice shower.

Once you have showered, lay on your bed, watch a movie and get some sleep.

What to do on Sunday Morning?

Now that you slept the whole night peacefully. You must wake up early and do a proper Sunday routine to stay healthy and organised for the next week.

#Wake up early

Now, waking up early does not mean you need to get out of your bed before the sun rises, lol. You can just wake up around 7 or 8 a.m. Drink water to hydrate yourself. And do not pick up your gadgets.

#Go for a walk

The next thing you need to do on weekend is to get ready for a walk in nature. You need to get some fresh air and inhale positivity.

Trust me, you’ll feel lovely after this.

#shower and dress up

After coming from a nice walk in the park, go tidy yourself up and put on some casuals.

#Have Breakfast

Once you are done, you can cook a light and healthy breakfast for a Sunday morning. Don’t forget to drink some juice.

#Do Household Chores

After eating, you can complete your household chores such as grocery shopping. You can also meet up with your friends and hang out together.

Once you’re home, you can clean up the house and take some rest. If you want you can read a book.

Night Routine

Lastly, Before sleeping on a Sunday night, you must shower and follow the steps:

  • Review your last week
  • Make a to-do list for the next week
  • Journal your thoughts
  • Call a friend
  • Read a book
  • Eat healthily

Also, try to include a skincare routine in your life to stay young and glowing all the time.
