I wish quitting bad habits was easy. But in reality, it requires tons of effort, dedication and a strong mind.

Feeling blessed over staying stressed 

Honestly, this is the worst that you can do to yourself. I have seen so many people who just like to stay in their pools of sorrows and don’t feel the warmth of joy. But you shouldn’t be doing that to yourself. Instead, you should trust the process. Believe that good is happening to you and more is coming to you. Don’t be anxious about things not going your way. 

Replacing junk food with healthy snacks

Every bite that you are taking in is either helping you combat any physical disease or making it worst. You chose what you’d like to have.

Scrolling feeds with hitting the gym

Are you feeling even more lethargic after reading this? I knew it, right!! 

You don’t feel like exercising when all you wanna do is kill time watching TikTok. 

Babe, please get off that bed and hit the gym!!! Trust me, it’ll be worth it!!

Sunsets over Netflix

If you have enough time on you (around 2 hours), you also know it’s better to just go outside, sit under the sky, and maybe go for a jog in the surrounding park!! You don’t wanna watch the same old drama. Do you?

I mean it’s your choice!! Nobody’s forcing you but look at that!!! Look OUTSIDE!!! Do you not wanna go???

Reading a book over watching a drama

I don’t think I have to mention that reading books is so damn beneficial.

If you start reading, you’ll never stop!

Listening to a podcast over music

No offence, I love music.

But the power of listening to podcasts is epic.

I am a music person yes!! But listening g to the same music back and forth is not very interesting.

So sometimes, I feel like switching music with podcasts. Because they are full of wisdom and motivation!

You should try that too!

Praying over Cursing

You know cursing others is only doing bad to you, not to the person.

So instead pray for the well-being of yours and your loved ones. It’s more positive and encouraging.
