Hello beautiful peeps!!! Before beginning, let me ask you. How have you been?

I understand that we all try our best to live happily and prosperously. Don’t we? So, it’s okay if things do not always favour you. Focus on being who you are!!! You belong here!!!

Coming back to today’s discussion, in a world full of people, there are thousands of ways to attract attention but only a few attract genuine attention.

If attention for you means attention to your outlook, you have come to the wrong page. However, if attention for you means genuine care and love, you have come to the right place!!!

Downlisted are some of the practices that you can include in your lifestyle to be as charming as you want to become.

Own yourself

The first thing that we should practice is being true to ourselves. It is very important to know who you are so that you can attract people like yourself. Therefore, starting now, we should all practice being honest with ourselves and accept our true selves.

If I have to be honest, I’ll say this without any embarrassment, I have not been the most beautiful girl in my high school. I wasn’t even close to average. I was fat, bulky and full of pimples. Simply put, nobody wanted to be friends with me.

But then, I read this book “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne (not promoting anything), and my whole perception changed. I talked to myself almost every hour of the day and said ” You are beautiful, inside-out, Sukhmani!!” And reminding myself of the beautiful heart I have, I grew up and became much more confident about my personality. And then onwards, I never doubted myself.

Interestingly, when I became more comfortable with myself, I noticed I attracted attention. People wanted to be friends with me. I remember the time when my two best friends who kind of didn’t really like each other wanted me to spend the lunchtime with them and I wasn’t able to decide, who should I sit with, lol!! Seriously!! Even today we are best friends!! That means it was actually genuine!

My point here is that we should all accept ourselves, you may not be who you think you appear to be. And once you own who you are and be confident in your body, life changes!!!

Be Kind

We all have heard that the world is full of hatred, but did you ever hear that the world is also full of people who are going out of their comfort zone to support other people, the environment and the world?

When we say the world is full of hatred, we are actually attracting more of it. Therefore, be careful of the words you choose if you want to attract only positive things and make a difference!!

Also, it is a gentle reminder, that we don’t always have to pursue kindness through our gestures and actions, sometimes it can be achieved just by our kind words or by remaining silent than bringing anger to the table!!!
