First things first, you need to sleep on time. This is so so important, and I cannot stress enough on it. Sleep early if you wanna wake up early.

Have a nice 7-8 hours of sleep to feel fully recharged. The better you sleep, the more comfortable you will wake up.

Step 2

Falling asleep on time is one thing, but falling asleep peacefully is another thing. You need to make sure that you sleep right.

Do not take the stresses of the day to your bed. Else, you won’t have a good night’s sleep.

Step 3

Try to keep your mornings packed. The more stuff you plan for the beautiful morning the next day, the better it will be for the whole day.

I know being an early bird sounds like such a difficult milestone to achieve. But you can make it less tough by setting up a strong motive behind waking up.

My hack for going well with alarms is that I keep my phone far away from my sight. As a result, the phone keeps on beeping until I get off my bed and walk some distance to reach and shut it off.

I have seen many people waking up without an alarm because they made it their routine. So, if you wake up early consistently, perhaps you won’t need alarm.

Step 6

The next thing you need to do after shutting off the gadget is to drink water. Hydrate yourself first before doing anything else. You can even try keeping a glass full of water close to you.

It is because drinking water right after waking up will refresh your body from within and make you feel rejuvenated.

Step 7

The next thing that you can do is maybe go out in the garden, breathe some fresh air and relax or walk for some time. Totally up to you!

You can also wash your face with cold water and awaken yourself. I would also suggest you to go take a shower immediately with either hot water or cold water.

Undoubtedly, cold water does more wonders. But I am not so good with them. Hence, go ahead, and try it yourself to know what suits you better.
