You guessed it already, right!!

I mean it’s not something new and neither you have already not heard it. But here I am to remind you once again. So, stop scrolling!!!

Sitting in the darkness

Well, been there, done that!! I know it seems cosy and whatever to lay on the bed, turn on Netflix and do nothing all day in the dark!! 

But babes, if you really wanna improve your lifestyle, then you have to stop sitting in the darkness!!

Get on into the Light!! There’s so much beauty out there. You are missing out on so much fun, man!!!

Being anti-social

Humans are social animals. You must have heard that a lot. 

And that’s because we cannot truly live without interacting with each other. We need to engage with each other.

So stop hiding in a room full of no one but you. It’s not good for your mental health.

Listening loud music

I know it sounds like you are having your DJ party going on!!!

But babes, once you age, you’ll start having hearing problems. You want to hear anyone, especially music lol. 

So, it’s for your good to not hype up the music to max volume. Keep it low and have fun!!

Consuming outside food every day

I’m a big fan of eating outside. But depending upon outsiders for something as basic as coffee every day is not a healthy choice.

Yea, I call it garbage.

For example, I have seen so many people drinking Starbucks every day!! They just can’t survive the day if they don’t get their drink.

Likewise, there was a time when I got so used to the French Vanilla by Tim Hortons that one day when it wasn’t available due to certain reasons, I felt so low.

All in all, what I am tryna say is try to cook as much as you can. It’s more healthy.

Not making your bed

Now, this must sound ridiculous but it makes a difference.

If you don’t make your bed right before leaving, you’d feel down once you come home and see the mess.

Well, it’s better to make your bed and notice your beautiful smile when you come home.
